Ron Triggs

Lead Pastor

Ron has a deep love for the church and her calling to show Jesus to the world. His passion is to see people relate to Jesus at a very personal everyday level, and his teaching style reflects that. Ron and his wife Vicki have been serving Redemption and the Ojai Valley for 30 years, raising their 3 adult children here and now enjoying the joy of grandkids! Ron has led mission trips to multiple countries, expanding people’s vision for the kingdom of God. For fun, Ron enjoys hiking, dirtbiking, adventures with Vicki, and Mexican food.

Bud Robinson

Bud and his wife, Debra, live in Ojai and have been married for 45 years! They have attended Redemption since the mid-nineties and Bud has served as our Care Pastor since 2017. He entered ministry in 2001 when he created the Fire Chaplaincy for Federal Fire Ventura County. He joined Ventura County Fire Chaplaincy in 2002 and is still a Chaplain with them for the Ojai area today! Bud’s fire service career gave him a passion for the sick, the hurting and for those that are grieving. His hobbies include, wood working and fishing (the wooden bowls he turns are amazing!).

Josh "Dondo"Arredondo

Josh is about as local as someone in Ojai can get – as he has lived in Ojai his whole life, minus his time with Youth with a Mission. Josh has been volunteering in various ministries or camps around the Ojai Valley for the last 12 years. One of Josh’s favorite things about Jesus is how He doesn’t expect people to be perfect before coming to Him – something Josh hopes to emulate in youth ministry. His hobbies include photography, spikeball, camping, and running Spartan races.

Daniel Perez

Daniel is the newest member of our team at Redemption Ojai! He has been involved and serving in various ministries here for the past three years. With a true heart for worship and a desire to cultivate a deeper love for corporate worship, Daniel is driven to see the Body of Christ reflect this by using their gifts to exalt Jesus. When he’s not found with a guitar in his hands, he is usually hanging with his friends, playing board games or watching movies.

Rachel Aguirre

Rachel is a devoted wife and mother of two wonderful kids and a supportive husband of over 12 years. She has been attending Redemption Ojai since she was 11 years old and has been helping in Children's ministry since high school. Rachel's passion lies in nurturing children's spiritual growth. She believes in the power of introducing young hearts to the boundless love of Jesus, allowing them to grasp that God is not only good but also relentlessly for them. Rachel strives to create an environment where every child experiences the transformative joy of a personal relationship with Jesus. When she’s not working you can find her exploring nature through running, hiking, biking or traveling with her family and friends.
